Ian provided us the final tabulations on his survey.  The vocalist category
was the interesting aspect for me.  There was only one vocalist in the top
ten - Barbara Bonney.  No Callas, Pavarotti, etc.  That's odd.  What makes
it even stranger is that the list puts heavy emphasis on past performers,
and Bonney hasn't even peaked yet.  Do physical characteristics enter the
equation?
