Is this person a bona fide Rep?  It is not unknown for hospitals/institutions
to have people infiltrate themselves into the system and pretend to be
someone/thing that they are not.

This man may well be the Rep for the company but is his request for
colostrum/milk genuine?

 How about doing a little bit of detective work just to check on reasons for
request of colostrum/milk - a quiet telephone call or two?

If the request was genuine I doubt that you would want to release this
precious food/medicine to what may be a formula manufacturer/subcontractor.
