I would use this as a golden opportunity to show the hazards of formula.
Let the baby get the breast, the milk will not be expired. Contact the
powers that be there and show The hazards here are plenty: e.g.decreased
milk supply and poor infant suckle, allergy, change in gut flora, and
the hazards due to the milk being expired, etc etc.
