          This is one of the better bottle collector books and it contains
          some good information.

     1971 Bottle Makers and Their Marks.  Thomas Nelson Inc. Camden, New
Jersey.  The bible on              glass maker's marks.  Toulouse was a
glass engineer and he had excellent connections for               gathering
his information.
