In Bette Waters new revised addition of Massage During Pregnancy book,
she suggests
a simple (anecdotally effective in my circle) remedy for migraines:
ice/cold pack
on the base of neck (c-7) and feet in warm bath at least 104 degrees in
temp for
minimum of 15 minutes.  It doesn't make it go away, but diminishes the
ache
considerably for those that I know who have tried it.
