Lots of good things to discuss with moms, thanks for everyone's ideas.
Of course, I go through everything already discussed first before discussing
food elimination.

Here's my list of foods that may cause a problem, I'd appreciate any
additions.
Mom's prenatal vitamins that contain added iron
    Mom's iron tablets
Milk and milk products, including cheese, ice cream, cottage cheese,
yogurt, milk products in prepackaged foods including whey, and occasionally,
butter and margarine
Citrus, including oranges, grapefruit, strawberries (and their juices)
and tomato products including salsa, spagetti sauce, ketchup, tomato juice,
pizza sauce, tomato paste and sauce
    Dried beans
Corn, including corn oil and corn tortillas
Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, onion, cucumbers, chili
peppers, garlic, turnips
    Nuts, especially peanut butter
Caffinene, including coffee, tea, soda pop, and chocolate
    Baby's vitamins and floride drops
Wheat, also check out the prepackaged foods for wheat, and flour
tortillas
    Tuna
Eggs, which are also in mayonnaise and salad dressings
Soy, also check out the prepackaged foods that contain soy
If it gives you gas, it'll give the baby gas too!
