I agree with Coach Smith. I love the good news stories and that you never know
when you might get the chance to teach. I went to parent-teacher conferences.
The teacher (who had had 2 of my older children in her class) was giving many
compliments to my first grader. She said that all my children were smart but
Emma was by far the brightest and what had I done differently with her. I
said that she was breastfed the longest of them all. She looked at me as if
I'd lost my marbles, so I went on to tell about the reasearch on BF and IQ.
She was quite amazed and said she was going to talk to her daughter about
this. You really never know when you can be the teacher.
