Aloha,

Actually, I couldn't think of a good subject title without being
offensive.  Had a mom call today whose GYN told her it was not normal to
go without a period for 6 months even if she is nursing!

To top it off the pediatrician told her it was time to put baby to sleep
by himself and to let him cry it out!

Thank goodness this mom did not feel any of this information was good.

On the bright side, the publisher of the magazine I write for gave the go
ahead on a breastfeeding article for the upcoming maternity issue.  I am
sure he was expecting this from me!  The article will be on making the
decision to continue nursing after maternity leave is over.
