Adrian, We listened and watched several virgin queens pipe today. I've
seen mated queens as others report pipe in the cage, actually three
different "tunes" distinquishable by change in pitch. My question is Why
do they pipe. I've heard several opinions, What's yours?

thanks, grins, John - Live long and pollinate
