Olean is a fat substitute that is not absorbed by the gut , alas the
cramps and diarrhea in some people.  It wont get into the blood , the
molucules are too big.  So if its not in the blood its not int he
milk....

I dont have a reference for this but an MD told me this, anyone have a
refernce? Would love to see it.
