This mom sounds lonely.  Maybe she is having doubts about having a baby or
post partum depression.  She obviously needs to talk.  Is she paying for your
visits?  If so enjoy it--if not suggest you call her by phone.
This case reminds me of something my husband frequently says  "Well, you
married that one." Meaning: they  need me more for support than for
breastfeeding help.  So many of these moms have absolutely no one.  You may
need to be her leaning post for a little while.
By the way those patients who marry me, always seem to know when its time for
a "divorce."
