I have my *customized alerts* set for Peds and OB but several of the related
articles I listed yesterday did not show up in the customized alert.  (like
the ones on oral malformations and breast lumps) I set the alert to also send
the entire table of contents.  I can glance through all the articles and see,
for myself, which ones interest me as an LC.  I receive alerts like this from
several major journals and have found it suits me better to receive the entire
table of contents.
