This is what I've read (fairly recently, ie within the last 6 months)
but I have looked and looked and can't find WHERE I read it. I've
heard the "sponge" analogy before too, and now I don't know what to
believe. These two different processes would have different results:
with the "sponge" effect, foremilk would increase in volume over
time, but the fat percentage would remain constant; with the osmosis
effect, the foremilk would both increase in volume and decrease in
fat ratio over time.
