I cannot imagine one aspirin being a problem.  The risk of Reye's
syndrome is practically inexistent and of theoretical reasons only.
The amount of ASA this baby will get is probably unmeasurable.

The progesterone should not be a problem.

We always blame breastfeeding for everything.
