Let's just add this to the list of fairy stories and use it for
educating some more people.  What about the huge families in years
past?

If any other part of our body had a problem would doctors react this
way?
"I have a sore ear"
-Well, this happens sometimes. You will have to rely on sign language
from now on, just give up trying to hear
"I have a broken leg, can it be fixed"
- Oh heaven's no, why would you bother. We'll just remove it and fix
this artificial one in it's place. It's not as good, but it's the
latest technology you see.
