Being born with teeth is NOT a contraindication to breastfeeding (or bottle-
feeding either, for that matter.  Mom should check the teeth for loosesness
periodically and remove them if possible, but most babies just swallow them
when they come out in a week or two.  Natal teeth are fairly common.  It is
very, very unlikely that the infant will aspirate the teeth unless he/she has
a neurological problem and is also aspirating breastmilk or formula.  I know
of no pediatricians or neonatologists who do anything but routine
breastfeeding with infants with natal teeth !
