HI All,
If babies are being "drip fed" through the placenta until time of birth,
then it really makes sense that colostrom comes in such small amounts and is
so concentrated, doesn;t it?  It gives the baby time (2-4 days) to adjust to
the "real" world and get used to taking food orally in small amounts before
the mature milk comes in.  I learn something new everyday on this list...
