The materials need to be ordered from Best Start, the social marketing
group in Tampa Florida (I believe that's where they are.)
You would order the materials directly from them, not from USDA.
A local WIC office should be able to give you the address and phone
number since we all got the catalogs.
I have mine at work, I'll try to bring it home if I remember.

toll free numbers are listed.
