Subject: Please Remove Me, Let Me Go...

Hey, Anita (on vacation, I'll bet)

As you may or may not know, I have some serious address problems, thanks to
my school's new email system. The address I'm subscribed to HISTARCH
under is evidently not the same address that my machine/system sends out,
so I am unable to obtain the blissful, summer state of "nomail". As far as
the listserv is concerned, I am not a HISTARCH subscriber. So none of the
automated commands will work.

So, Anita, please do me one last favor. Please manually and personally
remove me, Brian Siegel -- formerly of <[log in to unmask]>,
and now, supposedly, of <[log in to unmask]> -- from the HISTARCH
distribution list. There is no other way to do this.

Then, later this summer or early next fall, when I want to start receiving
email again, I'll just (re)subscribe to HISTARCH *de novo*, and hope the
listserv gets my new address straight.

As Patsy Cline would put it, "Please remove me, let me go ... "

Brian
