Lisa:  The key question to ask this pediatrician is "how many of the
breastfed babies in your practice are *exclusively* breastfed?"  I bet he
doesn't even know.  The study that showed such a dramatic difference was
between babies exclusively breastfed for at least 4 months and exclusively
artificially fed babies. I would bet that since the majority of breastfed
babies are supplemented early, this accounts for the lack of noticeable
