I received a copy of the 3rd issue of the 1997 Globe today and am dismayed
to see that ILCA is still in the hole hugely according to their financial
statement--even tho comments by the President and the Treasurer suggested
that this was not the case. I wonder what is true?

More to the point, the only email address listed is for the office and I am
still trying to get them to reply to me! Does anyone have any email
addresses for the following people? I would have dearly loved to have cc-ed
them my note to the office so that they could double-check that the office
is in fact replying to emails, but I was unable to do so.

I would like to know how to reach the following by email if possible.
Anyone with this information, could you contact me privately? Many
thanks....

Amy Spangler
Carol Ryan
Mary Rose Tully

PS Did anyone who also got their Globe notice that when we vote, we will
NOT be able to vote for or against specific by-laws changes, but only for
the ENTIRE BATCH IN THEIR ENTIRETY?

Wasn't this one of the problems the last time around? Makes me wonder if
all those letters of protest last year were even read.... sigh....
