There is no need to wait for the baby to be immunized.  With all due
respect to Dr. Lawrence, there is no evidence that there is an
increased risk of getting hepatitis B through breastfeeding, so why
wait?  Why is an immunization going to make a difference anyhow in 12
hours since it takes days or weeks to develop antibodies.  Maybe the
immune globulin is what was meant, but event then.
