My concern with this case is that the baby may have had an increased
metabolic need from the heart defect, coupled with decreased endurance
at breast.  We could use this as an opportunity to lobby the powers that
be to increase the availabilty of and reimbursement for lactation
services, so another baby doesn't fall through the cracks.
