Dear Pamela

There are various sorts of technetium99. Pertechnetate is the product wich
pass the most in breast milk, and it is recommanded to stop breastfeeding
24 to 48 hours, and to measure its rate into milk before resume
breastfeeding. The other forms of Tech99 are much more safe, and it is not
necessary to stop breastfeeding.

For Xenon, I have no informations. Sorry !
