Regarding the post suggesting an omission of the bilateral mastitis
connection to b-strep by Dr. Ruth - You'll find it in her 4th Edition on p.
211.  The only omission is in the index.  A number of years ago I asked her
about it because the last index reference was in the 2nd Edition.  She
expressed frustration with the overwhelming task of indexing via computer.
When a new edition comes out I search for it in the contraindications to
and disadvantages of breastfeeding chapter.
