The title of the Lancet article is "Colic, "Overfeeding", and symptoms of
lactose malabsorption in the breastfed baby: a possible artifact of feed
management" by M Woolridge and C Fisher Lancet 1988;Aug 13:382-4. It
mentions too that the concentration of lactose does not alter significantly
during a feed.
