There is always an element of risk in banking queens and they do not stay in
premium condition. Is it possible to prepare the same number of nucleus
hives (even if you have to borrow the nukes for a couple of weeks) and
introduce the queens into the nukes immediately on arrival?  They can then
be united to the appropriate hives as time permits.
