Philippa asked me to post the good news.

The pathology showed that the surgery was necessary and sufficient (that is
everything was caught).  She is recovering very well and looks forward to
being home soon.

Thank you for your prayers and good wishes.  She went into surgery feeling
well supported by friends worldwide.
