Send me your land mail address and I'll send a copy of a
paper Mark Rees and myself presented at the '97 SHA
regarding a Colonial "Ordinary"in Virginia.  This site is
unique in that it specialized in food provisoning primarily
and by definition is distinct from a Tavern.  Also, the
Ordinary  was only in service between 1750-60.  The material
culture reflects this short time and offers special insight into
this period.
