Hi All,
        It took a few days, but I got an answer to my inquiry at Kraft
Foods.  They responded:  "For your reference, Kraft Foods, Inc, does not
have any affiliation with and does not manufacture infant formula."

        In case anyone missed this, I wrote to Kraft, asking this
question so that I could write to them about their new commercial "midnight
snack", where a dad and baby are up in the middle of the night.  He fixes
himself a sandwich and the baby a bottle, both eat.
