As per your request for how long a mom should pump and dump after taking
Parlodel... probably none.  Only minimal amounts of parlodel are transferred
into milk, only minimal amounts are absorbed in the GI tract (probably < 28%),
and  most would be sequestered first pass by the liver of the infant, never
reaching the circulation.  Several studies are available showing Parlodel use
in breastfeeding mothers.  The only major consequence of brief exposures would
be a reduction of prolactin levels, and inhibition of lactation.

You are right,  the side effects I spoke of are maternal, not neonatal.  I'll
