Andrea, I am not familiar with the specific language of Florida's law. If
in fact it is phrased in that manner, then it could be used against the
formula companies. However, who is going to bring such a lawsuit? Lawsuits
are very expensive. Lawyers don't take them without believing there is a
significant enough pot at the end of the rainbow. And expert witnesses are
needed.

If you can get me the law number or exact language, I could comment further.
