Jay:  The only communicable diseases in this country of concern are HIV
and active untreated TB.  So the woman could be tested for those but she
can start
pumping to build a supply while the tests are being done.  I'm not sure
what you need in way of references for the doctor, but if you can get her
to tell you what other diseases she's concerned about, they're mostly
