Lester and all,

A very interesting and useful guide to electronic citations can be found
at http://www.lib.byu.edu/~rdh/eurodocs/cite.html
It is entitled _A Brief Citation Guide for Internet Sources in History and
the Humanities_ and I believe it is by Melvin Page of the
Humanities-on-line and History departments of East Tennessee State
University.

Of specific note is that he provides formats for listservs, FTP sites, WWW
pages, Gopher sites, Email messages, and UseNet groups.

It is short, concise and otherwise unlike most academic grammatical and
editorial guidelines.

Regards,
Tim Scarlett
