Cindy Anderson requested info on herbals for increasing milk
There is nothing wrong with Red Raspberry, it may help
Absolutely NO on the Milk Thistle, this causes detoxification of the liver
and those toxins can leech into the breast milk, she may have been confused
with Blessed Thistle, which works quite well for increasing milk supply.
Other options include Fennel and Chaste Tree Berries.
