Thanks everyone for explaining Sheehan's. Interesting about the pituitary
infarcting because of lowered BP/blood loss. The pituitary demands a
steady blood supply so that tissue dies instead of say, organ function
slowing down? Scary, IMO. Could somebody write more in depth about the
pituitary, but just generally? (Did that make sense  :-&  ?)
