OK--y'all asked for this one:

A doc who advertises himself as a breast doctor (read:  breast cancer
doctor) told me **to my face** that lactation was an unnatural state for
breasts!  Robbed me of the power of speech I was so stunned (not easy to
do, for those who know me!).

YIKES!!!  Yes, we *do* have difficulties to overcome.....sigh.
