Katherine,
Thanks for responding to my post.  We did consider previous trauma to the
breast or nipple, but there has been none.   She also feels that breast was
"different" before her pregnancies.  Lopsidedness is not one of her major
concerns either, but avoiding the cracked and bleeding nipples would have
been nice.
