Lactnetters,  I posted yesterday about persistent sore nipples.  I failed to
mention that the baby is in a brace from neck to toe for hip displasia.
Have you had experience with this restriction causing a baby to be hard on
the nipples.  I thought of this when I read about the cranio-sacral
treatments.  The mother feels that they have a good body position.  The baby
is due to phase out the brace soon and if I can get her to maintain her milk
supply until then perhaps we can do some correction.

I had mentioned c-s treatments earlier but she shunned the suggestion.

Let me know if you have had experience with the brace and feeding difficulties.
