New chat schedules

LactChat has been a wonderful place for those of us who work with
breastfeeding women to get together and discuss various topics - everything
from everyday chit chat - getting to know each other to how to make a
difference in the world of breastfeeding.

We are going to try to schedule some chat times - many people stop in and
out at various times - sometimes you will find someone there and other times
you won't - you can still do this - I encourage you to just hang in the room
for a bit until someone stops by.

To enter the chat room you log on to MIRC or IRCLE (for Mac users) - these
programs can be downloaded from the Internet - just do a search and look for
them.  You then  log on to a DALnet server.  Once you are on line you enter
#LactChat by typing /join #LactChat.   You will want to pick a nickname for
yourself.   If you get lost or need help just email me with your questions.

Remember you can stop by for a few minutes or for as long as you would like
- WARNING - it is addicting lol.

Schedule chat times

Monday - Friday
8:00 - 11:00 a.m. EST

1:00 - 3:00 p.m. EST

8:30 - 11:30 p.m. EST

Saturday and Sunday
8:30 - 11:30 p.m. EST

Remember Chatting is NOT limited to these times only!!

You can pick your topic once you enter the group - at this time we won't
limit that -

If you have suggestions for a specific topic and a specific time you would
like to have it discussed please email me - we can schedule it for you.
