I created mine with" Teach yourself web publishing with HTML 3.0
in a week, second addition."  It came with a great CD ROM for
about 25.00 at BJ's wholesale club.

Hotdog Pro is also very good and you can download it free from www
at www.sausage.com but it only works for 1 month then you have to
ask for an extension or buy it.
