Greetings!
        I am hoping some wise one out there has the answer for a client of mine (mid-40s) who wonders if one can experience menopause while
breastfeeding.  Her pumped supply has diminished 50% and she is experiencing hot flashes which feel the same to her as those she had while taking
Clomid.  Baby is 9 months old and a willing, eager nurser but seems
frustrated at breast of late.
        Checked the obvious references and didn't find an answer.  I have
a (struggling) private practice and no easy access to literature
searches.  I'm thinking it'd be unusual for someone to do so, but would
like your thoughts.
