Kathleen-Hi, I am the Nutrition Consultant for the MCH Branch in California
and am compiling resource packets for the Managed Care plans for Calif
Medi-_Cal (Medicaid).  In your posting entitled "Ross booklet", you mentioned
the Smith evaluation.  Is this a tool I could use for evaluating these
breastfeeding education materials?  I would love to use a standardized,
systematic evaluation if there was one.  I know everyone loves their own
materials, but has someone reviewed the breastfeeding education materials now
available and rated them....I really would like to thin down the
recommendations.  Of course the SMOG and FOG readability index does tell alot
in itself.
