Hi All,
Don't splits at the base of the nipple usually mean that the baby is either
pulling off the breast, or that mom is not un-latching properly by breaking
suction?

As far as antibiotic creams, if anyone knows of one, (and, of course, if they
are ok) can you give me a name of one?  All we have here are the ointments.
 Yuck.
