I have been working with a mom who had a baby 10 wks premie and was pumping
and getting 3 to 4 ounces each time. She suddenly dropped to 1 ounce each
side. We have tried increasing the length of pumping and reglan 10 mg three
times a day for 2 weeks now with minimal increase. she is not on any other
meds. Anyone have any other ideas to help increase her milk production ?????
