I *knew* I'd seen it somewhere!  From JHL 1993, 9(2): 136

"As reported in the Fall 1992 INFACT Canada Newsletter, public response to
these posters, based on a shopping mall survey, ranged from 83 to 87
percent positive;  the response of health professionals ranged from 49 to
63 percent."
