I am trying to discover if I am still on the Histarch listserv.  We
     changed our Internet provider and I tried to resubscribe under my new
     address (to your listserv address).  I received Histarch messages one
     day (January 20) and have not received any since.  I am trying to
     discover if this is a problem with our service or if I need to
     resubscribe.
