Pearl:

   the laywer for ILCA has spoken at some of the conferences and has written
one of the lc series...she feels VERY strongly that mal practice is a
MUST.... there are cases on the books of LC being sued. You will be sued at
your highest degree level... this means that if you are an lll, ibclc and
functioning as an lll you can be sued as an l.c....
