HISTARCH is about historical archaeology, not Mayan classic period material,
or other periods before the Europeans' arrival in the New World. If you would
like to discuss such things, please do so on the ARCH-L list.
 
Also, please watch which list you are posting answers to. I believe, John,
that your comments to Shauna and Adam were misplaced due to the fact that
neither of their postings appeared on HISTARCH, but rather on ARCH-L.
