Dear Colleagues:

Its that time of year that I begin review of my book for the next edition.
So I feel that I must go NO MAIL for several months to get it ready for
printing. I'll spend the next two months sequestered in my office reviewing
every single entry and adding a bunch of new stuff.    However, if you
really need help,  please email me directly and I will try to respond.

Secondly,  if any of you have suggestions for my new edition, please let me
know ASAP.    Most of the changes in my book the last several years have
come from you, my readers,  so please let me know if you have suggestions,
I really do appreciate your input.  If there is something that is wrong or
you don't like,  please let me know.

I really can't wait to log back on,  so I'll try and hurry.
